It doesn't get any better than Clark's. Great people to work with and always honest and fair pricing. They know their business. VA Tire and Auto quoted me over $1,000 of wear and tear repairs (serpentine belt, battery, rotors, pads). Took it to Clark's and came out waaaaay better. Let me start by saying I am very likely the worst driver in Manassas. I've done things to my car I didn't even know was possible. That being said, I've gotten around quite a bit to various auto repair shops and not one place comes close to Clarks.
The people that work there, from the front desk, to the mechanics, are all so friendly and helpful. I'm especially pleased with Stuart and the other young gentleman that works there. As a matter of fact my mom who also takes her car her, tries to request Stuart whenever she can (do they do that at auto repair shops?? Lol) They're VERY honest and really fair when it comes to pricing. It can get busy there, but that's obviously due to the overwhelming popularity of this place. - Darlene A.
This is a family-run business that consistently provides unbeatable technical service with truly reasonable rates. I've come to them multiple times over the years after receiving less-than-honest explanations from the dealership. Although I'm always expecting confirmation of the dealer's bad news, Clarks' valuable trouble-shooting has always resulted in time and money savings. Without fail, I can trust them to give me sound advice, knowing that they will not recommend unneeded repairs or parts. I have not found many establishments whose values carry across all their staff.

Clark's Automotive is one of those rare places that will earn your businesses and exceed expectations. My repair was done right the first time, the price was more than fair, the work was done on time and EVERYONE who worked there was polite and courteous. As I waited in the front of the shop, every single employee who walked by looked me in the eye, said hello and gave me the impression they genuinely appreciated my business. This place is the real deal. One of the few honest old-school automotive shops left in the area. Family owned with pleasant staff. I have used them for years. Our vehicles are always ready on time. An honest assessment of the issue(s) minus the extra sales pitch for stuff I don't need. A brake job here was about $200.00 less then the local chain and dealership garages. Customer for life. My father always took all his vehicles to Clark's when we were growing up in the Clifton/Centreville area, and since I started driving in the 90s up until now (living in Manassas) I have always taken my cars and my girlfriend's vehicle to Clark's. They are always honest, have good prices and won't try to rip you off. It's hard to find many of these family run shops but this gem in Manassas will continue to get my business and hopefully future generations! I would recommend them to anybody in NOVA. - Chris P.
They're SUPER honest! I love it. They don't pick your pockets for money trying to tack on unnecessary charges either. Their prices are reasonable and they do free diagnoses. Being that they're a family business and are dependent on repeat customers and HAPPY customers, they really take pride and care in their work and your pockets. I have been taking my car to Clark's for the past 5 years and have always recieved excellent service. I have been a car owner for 35 years and have been searching for a repair shop I could trust and finally found one when I was referred to Clark's by a friend. Mr and Mrs Clark and their staff are professional, kind, courious and honest. I have taken my car many times for minor issues and they did not charge me unless repair was required. That is something I have never experienced at other auto repair shops. I know when I go to Clark's not only am getting excellent service and a fair price I'm not going to be ripped off, they can be trusted!!!!
